Our attention has been drawn to certain unknown individuals / entities/ organisations unauthorisedly using the name and photographs of our founders and trustees; our late Chairman, Mr Ratan Naval Tata; and the name and logo of Tata Trusts to impersonate or wrongfully claim association with Tata Trusts (including Sir Ratan Tata Trust & Allied Trusts and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust & Allied Trusts).

Such unknown individuals/ entities/ organisations may falsely promise partnerships, grants or other associations with us against payments of sums of money as nomination fee, security deposits or other fraudulent financial schemes. Such unknown individuals / entities/ organisations may also unauthorisedly collect personal details, phone numbers, email IDs, bank account details and other personal information, and may further misuse the same.

Please be advised that any person corresponding with such individuals/ entities/ organisations in any manner whatsoever will be doing so at their own risk. We expressly disclaim any liability for any loss arising out of or relating to any communication or transaction or interaction, by whatever means, with such individuals/ entities/ organisations.

Members of the public are to note that all announcements and information emanating from any of the entities which constitute Tata Trusts will be published on the official social media handles mentioned below. They are expressly advised not to place any reliance on any communications emanating from any channels other than the authorised media channels of the Tata Trusts.
